Call by Madina Ablyazova

Dear people of Kazakhstan! I appeal to you with a request to help me find the location of my mother Alma Shalabayeva and my six-year-old sister Alua whom Kazakh secret services transported from Italy on May 31, 2013 by a charter flight. The plane presumably landed in Astana yesterday evening. Witnesses at the Astana airport saw them forced into a black car and taken away! The plane carried representatives of the Kazakhstan embassy in Italy and officers of secret services.

We know for what purpose and under whose orders my relatives were captured, but, apart from the main employer, scores or even hundreds of people took part in the operation.

I appeal to these people: officers, operators, embassy employees and simply accidental witnesses. For sure, you all have families. Imagine yourselves in my place. I am not asking for much, I need to know that my mother and sister are alive and in good health and that they do not have to live through the horrors my father faced upon the orders of Nazarbayev. It is dreadful for me to think how my sister felt when she saw her mother taken away and then they took away herself in order to send for reprisals of the malicious dictator. Now, only openness may save them.

THE REGIME WANTS TO ANNOUNCE THEM MISSING!

Whatever the charges against them, I firmly believe that my mother is not guilty of anything, still less the six-year-old Alua. I need any information on their whereabouts and what is happening to them. Help me for the sake of your own children and relatives!
